About the Role

XTM Inc is looking for a highly motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.


To be successful as an inside sales representative at XTM Inc you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve client satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener, with a background and understanding of the Hospitality sector in the Canadian market.


Account Representative | Inside Sales Responsibilities
  1. Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  2. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

  3. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

  4. Keeping up with XTM Inc product and service information and updates.

  5. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers through Hubspot CRM.

  6. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

  7. Staying informed about competing products and services.

  8. Upselling products and services.

  9. Researching and qualifying new leads.

  10. Closing sales and achieving sales targets


Inside Sales Representative Requirements
  1. High school diploma/GED.

  2. Previous experience in related sales positions is preferred.

  3. Minimum 5 years Hospitality or Restaurant Experience

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software such as Hubspot.com

  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  6. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  7. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

  8. Exceptional customer service skills.

  9. Strong listening and sales skills.

  10. Ability to achieve targets.

  11. Take care of your fellow ladies and gentlemen with empathy and sincerity

  12. Strong focus on team morale and culture

  13. Highly motivated
